Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a written scope confirming what we will do, the fee, and the timeline. Work begins after that scope is agreed. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken.

Third-party outcomes

Several services involve decisions made by third parties — institutions, lenders, insurers, regulators and courts. We prepare, advise and coordinate to the best professional standard; we cannot guarantee an outcome that rests with another party.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the agreed scope. Third-party costs — statutory fees, institutional charges, vendor payments — are separate and are disclosed as they arise.

Intellectual property

The content, structure and design of this website belong to Synergy Vision Advisors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana.
