A note from the founder
My training sits across three fields that are not usually held together: law, education and mathematics. Law taught me that most disputes are created long before they are argued — in a document nobody read carefully. Education taught me that guidance given at the right moment changes a life far more than the same guidance given later. Mathematics taught me to distrust a conclusion that cannot be shown.
Synergy Vision Advisors is built on those three habits. We read the document. We advise early. And we show the reasoning, so a client can disagree with us on the evidence rather than take our word for it.
I set the firm up as a network rather than a single practice because the problems people bring us are rarely confined to one discipline. A property question is a legal question and a financial question. A school's growth plan is an academic question and a technology question. Splitting those apart serves the adviser, not the client.
