Matrimonial Services
Matchmaking handled with verification, discretion and respect — without discrimination on caste, religion or community.
Introduction
Matrimonial Services at Synergy Vision Advisors
Matrimonial searches go wrong for two reasons: unverified information, and pressure to decide quickly. Our service is designed against both. Every profile we present is verified, background checks are standard rather than optional, and families are given the time and the counselling support to make the decision properly.
We work with first marriages, second marriages, and widows and widowers who are often poorly served elsewhere. Matches are made across castes and religions where families are open to it, and privacy is treated as a requirement rather than a feature.
To provide a safe and inclusive online and offline platform that promotes marriages, allowing individuals to connect and find their life partners without any discrimination based on caste, religion or community.

Why choose us
Why clients bring this work to us.
Multidisciplinary expertise
Twelve professional verticals under one consultancy network, so a property question can pull in legal and finance without a second search for a second firm.
Personalised guidance
Advice is built around your situation, budget and timeline — not around a standard package that happens to be on the shelf.
End-to-end support
From the first consultation through execution and follow-up, with the same team accountable at every stage.
Trusted relationships
Long-term partnerships built on professionalism, transparency and doing what was agreed — the reason most of our work arrives by referral.
Our consulting process
How the engagement runs.
Consultation
We start by understanding the situation properly — what you are trying to achieve, what has already been tried, and what the real constraints are.
Assessment
The requirement is examined against options, costs, timelines and risks, and we tell you plainly where the difficulties are.
Recommendation
You receive a clear written recommendation with the reasoning behind it, so the decision stays yours and is defensible later.
Execution
We coordinate the work — documentation, applications, vendors, institutions and specialists — and keep a single point of accountability.
Ongoing support
The relationship continues after delivery, because most of what we advise on has a second and third stage.
Situations we handle
What clients actually arrive with.
Three of the most common ways this work reaches us, and how each one is approached.
A family that has been searching for two years without progress
We restate the criteria honestly, separate the non-negotiable from the assumed, and search against the revised profile.
A second marriage or a widow remarriage
Handled with the sensitivity it needs, including legal clarity on prior proceedings and counselling for both families.
An NRI match across time zones
Verification done locally on our side, meetings coordinated across schedules, documentation handled at both ends.
What you receive
Deliverables
Every engagement produces something you can hold, act on and show to someone else. For matrimonial services, that usually means:
- Verified profile prepared and presented with your consent
- Curated match shortlist with the reasoning for each
- Background verification report before any meeting
- Compatibility discussion and pre-marital counselling session
- Documentation and legal formalities support
What to bring to the first consultation
The more of this you have ready, the more useful the first session is. Nothing here is mandatory — come anyway if some of it is missing.
- Identity, education and employment proof for verification
- Family details and what genuinely matters to you in a match
- Photographs you are comfortable sharing
- For second marriages: decree or certificate relating to the prior marriage
- A realistic view of the criteria — the honest list, not the aspirational one
How we work together
Three engagement models.
Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins, whichever model applies.
Consultation
A single paid session where we assess the situation and give you a written view of the options. Many clients need nothing more than this.
Fixed fee, agreed before the session
Project engagement
A defined piece of work with a start, a finish and a deliverable — a document set, an application, a launch, an audit.
Fixed fee against a written scope
Ongoing retainer
Continuous support where the requirement recurs — compliance calendars, marketing, IT support, institutional advisory.
Monthly fee, reviewed quarterly
Frequently asked questions
Matrimonial Services: common questions.
How are profiles verified?
Identity, education, employment and family details are checked before a profile is shared, and additional background verification is carried out on request before a meeting is arranged.
Do you arrange matches outside caste and religion?
Yes. We do not filter by caste or religion as a policy. Where a family has its own preference, we work within it, but the platform itself does not discriminate.
Is my information kept private?
Profile details are shared only with matches you approve. Contact information is never released without consent.
Do you help with second marriages and widow remarriage?
Yes, and it is a deliberate part of the service. These searches need more sensitivity and often legal clarity around earlier proceedings, both of which we support.
What support is available after the marriage?
Pre-marital and post-marriage counselling, conflict resolution and, where needed, mediation and legal assistance through our legal practice.
