Yes. Everything shared in a consultation is treated as confidential, whether or not you go on to engage us for the matter.
Do you handle property document verification?
Yes. Title verification, encumbrance checks, agreement review and registration support are among the most common requests we receive, and they are far cheaper than litigating a defect later.
What is ADR, and why do you recommend it?
Alternative dispute resolution covers mediation, conciliation and arbitration — routes that settle a matter without a full court process. Where both sides are willing, it usually resolves faster, costs less and preserves the relationship.
Can you help a business with contracts and compliance?
We draft and review commercial agreements, employment contracts and vendor terms, and advise on licensing, regulatory filings and IPR protection for new brands and products.
